Thoughtful communicator with a focus on

clarity, systems, and human connection

Hi, I'm Jordene Marylind Garcia, but you can call me Jordene.

I’m a San Diego based Communication major with a minor in Management, driven by a strong interest in how people, systems, and organizations work together. As a Filipino who grew up in Alaska, my background has shaped how I understand adaptability, perspective, and the importance of connection across different environments.

I am naturally drawn to structure, organization, and clear communication. Whether I am supporting a team, coordinating moving pieces, or managing responsibilities across different priorities, I focus on creating systems that help things run smoothly and efficiently. I find a lot of fulfillment in being someone others can rely on to keep things organized and moving forward.

I thrive in environments where collaboration and communication are essential, as I enjoy working behind the scenes to support teams, solve problems, and bring clarity to fast paced situations. At the same time, I value building strong, professional relationships and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

As I continue to grow professionally, I am focused on pursuing opportunities in human resources, administration, or program coordination where I can support people, strengthen team operations, and contribute to organizations in a meaningful and structured way while making a positive impact.
