Organizational Coordination
Organizational Coordination represents my appreciation for the structure that helps teams perform effectively. I believe strong results depend not only on ideas, but also on the systems that support execution. For me, this means valuing preparation, consistency, organization, and clarity in everyday work. In professional spaces, it looks like managing details, prioritizing responsibilities, anticipating needs, and maintaining smooth operations. It shapes my approach by reminding me that reliable support often determines whether larger goals can be achieved. I am drawn to work that improves workflow, creates stability, and helps others focus on their responsibilities. This pillar matters to me because effective coordination builds momentum and strengthens team performance. It allows me to contribute through dependability, thoughtful planning, and steady execution while helping others work more efficiently. For me, structure creates the foundation that makes progress sustainable.

Writing Center Opening Post
As a Student Administrative Assistant at USD’s Writing Center, I managed front desk operations, supported appointment scheduling, and handled confidential staff requests to help daily functions run smoothly while also contributing to external communications. I developed Instagram graphics in Canva, including this post announcing the Writing Center’s opening date for the semester, along with consultant spotlights and new member introductions for stories. I organized assets through Google Suite and tracked responsibilities using Todoist to ensure consistency across tasks. The outcome was clear, timely communication that supported both operational needs and student engagement.

Hiring Flyer and Newsletter Graphic
I produced this hiring announcement graphic for a peer, collaborating to ensure all necessary job information was included and clearly communicated. I created a QR code linking to the organization’s website with application details and designed the layout in Canva for both digital and print distribution. The flyer was shared across campus departments through email, newsletters, and physical postings to maximize visibility. I coordinated revisions using Google Suite and tracked steps in Todoist. The outcome was effective recruitment outreach that supported the hiring process and contributed to successful succession.

New Member Introduction
This Instagram post demonstrates how I coordinate with Writing Center members to create external communications that reflect community values. I developed the design in Canva and worked directly with staff to gather accurate information for each introduction. This type of content helps reinforce a welcoming, supportive environment by highlighting team members and their roles. I used Google Suite for coordination and Todoist to manage tasks and deadlines. Through this process, I strengthened my ability to independently manage creative work while ensuring consistency and reliability in published content.

Drafted Spotlight Graphic
This drafted post represents a Writing Center spotlight concept highlighting graduating consultants and their impact on peers they supported. I gathered student testimonials through interviews and organized them in a spreadsheet to track responses and support content creation. I translated these insights into copy and developed the graphic draft in Canva using shared templates and drive folders to maintain accessibility for future assistants. I also helped structure documentation guidelines for consistency across projects. Todoist supported task tracking. The outcome was a reusable content framework that preserved student contributions and improved project organization.
