Strategic Creativity
Strategic Creativity represents my belief that effective ideas begin with purpose. I approach creative work by first understanding the audience, context, and desired outcome before developing solutions. For me, creativity means shaping ideas so they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with clear goals. In professional spaces, this looks like asking thoughtful questions, identifying opportunities, and turning insight into strong messaging or visuals. It shapes my practice by helping me balance originality with direction and innovation with practicality. I value work that is intentional and designed to create impact. This mindset allows me to contribute ideas that are actionable, audience-aware, and results-focused. Strategic Creativity matters to me because thoughtful planning strengthens the value of creative work. It enables me to approach challenges with flexibility while staying grounded in objectives, helping me produce work that connects with others and supports meaningful outcomes.

Mockup Social Media Post for Linguado
I collaborated on a global virtual team for Linguado, representing the U.S. while working with peers across the UK, India, France, and Morocco to develop a unified business plan. I coordinated across time zones using Zoom and WhatsApp, organized input through Doodle and Google Suite, and analyzed cross-regional survey data in Excel to guide our direction. I translated these insights into a social media mockup in Canva that clarified our strategic messaging. Todoist supported task management throughout the project. The outcome was a cohesive strategy and communication concept shaped by diverse regional perspectives.

Team Spotlight for The Nonprofit Institute @ USD
As a Social Media Intern for The Nonprofit Institute at USD, I conducted a brand audit and identified opportunities to strengthen external communications, then worked closely with the Communications and Marketing Manager through Zoom and Asana to develop a Research Team Spotlight Instagram series. I transformed survey insights into concise messaging, designed branded templates in Canva, and developed content within Instagram while coordinating scheduling through Buffer. Google Suite supported drafting and refinement across iterations, and Todoist helped track production timelines. The outcome was a cohesive content series that elevated research visibility and reinforced institutional storytelling.

Instagram Post for The Nonprofit Institute at USD
During my internship at The Nonprofit Institute at USD, I developed an Instagram post in collaboration with the Communications and Marketing Manager to support ongoing digital engagement aligned with the organization’s brand voice. I selected imagery and refined visuals in Canva and Snapseed, drafted caption copy informed by event notes in Google Suite, and incorporated feedback through Zoom to refine tone and clarity. Buffer supported scheduling alignment, while Instagram served as the final publishing platform and Todoist helped manage revisions.
