Collaborative Problem-Solving
Collaborative Problem-Solving represents my belief that meaningful progress is built through shared effort. I value collaboration because different perspectives often lead to stronger solutions than any one person could develop alone. In professional spaces, this looks like listening carefully, communicating clearly, adapting to group dynamics, and helping teams stay focused during challenges. It shapes my approach by encouraging openness, patience, and a willingness to learn from others while contributing my own ideas. For me, collaboration means building trust, creating alignment, and using collective strengths effectively. This pillar matters to me because modern workplaces depend on people working across roles, backgrounds, and priorities. It allows me to help move projects forward while maintaining strong relationships and steady momentum. By approaching challenges collaboratively, I can contribute to solutions that are practical, inclusive, and strengthened by multiple perspectives.

10-Minute Video for Internal Stakeholders of The Nonprofit Institute at USD
As a virtual Social Media Intern at The Nonprofit Institute at USD, I collaborated with a co-intern to create a 10-minute video within a two-week deadline. We navigated technological challenges and determined how to divide responsibilities effectively while coordinating meetings through Zoom. I contributed to script development, footage review, interview coordination, and data analysis, and helped ensure I could participate in key interviews despite scheduling constraints. We used Google Suite to organize materials and communicate progress. The outcome was a completed video successfully presented at a conference for internal stakeholders.

Business Proposal with Global Virtual Team
As part of a global virtual team with members from different countries, we developed a business proposal while managing technological, logistical, and cultural challenges. I helped coordinate meeting times across time zones and used Google Suite to organize shared work. I also created polls and surveys to streamline decision-making and reduce communication delays. Weekly meetings helped us track progress and address differences in communication styles and perspectives. Todoist supported task management across the group. The outcome was a completed proposal that reflected cross-cultural collaboration and aligned contributions from all team members.

Product Pitch to Client
As a team of five, we developed a scent product concept to pitch to a client despite having limited prior industry experience. We had to adapt quickly to an unexpected presentation format on pitch day that included a Q&A session. I helped guide the team through this shift by maintaining structure, supporting morale, and reinforcing our shared message and product development work. Throughout the project, we collaborated on refining the scent concept and presentation strategy. The outcome was a successful pitch that clearly communicated our collective work and adaptability under pressure.

Social Media Proposal for Client
As part of a team of four, we developed a social media and expansion proposal for a luxury live-selling client. We collaborated directly with the client on a needs assessment and brand audit to ensure our recommendations aligned with their business goals. Our research included Whatnot, live-selling industry trends, and accessible packaging considerations. I led the social media proposal portion of the presentation, synthesizing research into actionable strategies. We used Google Suite and Canva to develop and present materials. The outcome was a client-facing proposal that connected research insights with practical digital improvements.
