Jordene Marylind Garcia has a major in Communication and minor in Management with experience in administrative support, program coordination, and professional communication. She believes that strong organization and clear communication are essential to supporting effective teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Through experiences like an internship with The Nonprofit Institute at USD and an administrative assistant role, she has supported operational functions, coordinated programs and events, and contributed to internal and external communications. She has earned First Honors each semester and is a member of Lambda Pi Eta and Phi Beta Kappa. She is on track to earn her bachelor’s from the University of San Diego and aims to pursue a professional career in HR, administration, or program coordination.
